I bought a used battery in July for a truck that doesn't get driven very often. It went dead around the holidays and I left it alone until the new year. I tried to charge it at home, but that didn't work. I called to ask about the warranty and was told to bring it in to be tested before doing anything. They charged it for me at no cost and it's working again. Great customer service.

OK, so this is an update on the massive improvement on customer service, night and day. Helped me out with a battery that failed a bit early, but just out of warranty. Made me a deal on the new one and let me do the removal and replacement work there at the store, and offered me tools if I need any. Really good prices as well. So today when I went to start the car it wouldn't start, so I called my roadside service (thru my motorcycle AMA) the service tech arrived in fifteen minutes as he was leaving I mentioned I was going to Pick & Pull...He said to go to Valley Battery instead and I'm glad I did

They had the exact battery I needed for half the price and offered a 1 year warranty for ten bucks, which I bought! Great service! Helped me replace a battery part for free! This for sure was the best experience and overall good deal since I started driving cars over a decade ago.

I needed a battery for a cordless phone, and I thought to myself - how do I travel back in time to the 90's and buy one? Well, thanks to Battery World, I didn't have to. These guys look like they mostly carry car batteries, but they were very helpful when I called and they had the battery I needed in stock. As fast as I could drive over there, I had it in my hands. No time machine needed.
